Return & Refund Policy (3-Day Guarantee)

Your order includes a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery provided the product is unused, sealed, and in original condition.

Not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized rackets

• Assembled rackets

Return conditions:

• Blades must be returned in a box with no scrapes or glue

• Rubbers must be sealed in original packaging

• Bags & accessories must be unused with original packaging and labels

• We will share the return address for inspection

• Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval

• Payment gateways may take up to 3 business days to process the refund
